On 07-03 I was surprised when i received a message that 25.00 Rs. has been deducted from my account and i am been subscribed to GANDHIJI30, which i have never subscribed or sent any request for that. When i called BSNL customer care on the same day and complained about it, they said that they dont have more information about it. They said that my money cant be refunded and i have to unsubscribe myself and also i should do DND activation. They asked me to send sms "START DND" to 1909 which is free of cost.
But when i sent the message START DND to 1900, i was surprised that Rs. 3.00 was charged, but i did not receive any confirmation number regarding activation of DND.
Again when i contacted customer care executive (Mr. Murali) on 09-03 regarding DND activation, he refused to activate it online and asked me to send the same message to 1909 and said that it was free of cost.
But it was not a surprise to me, coz again Rs. 3.00 was charged.
Why is my amount deducted to activate DND and for the service that i have not subscribed?
I request all my amount that has been deducted without my permission / request and also the amount of Rs. 25/- deducted to be refunded immediately. It is not just a matter of 30-35 Rs. It is nothing but a looting of customers money openly at day as if there is no one to be held responsible.
