Poor 3g speed

I have ported my Airtel number to BSNL on 20th May and the new BSNL sim

activated on 27th morning after that i went to BSNL office to change it to 3G

they recharge it with rs. 606 6 gb plan.

after that i tried to connect to net but it was taking atleast 2 min to open

even google home page. And it is not showing me 3g symbol it showing H

(representing HSPDA)

i called customer care also but they poor fellows dont know what is 2g and

3g.and i asked about the 3g symbol they dont know about this HSPDA also.

i m using Samsung galaxy s but if i m sending msg for downloading setting to

my phone it says no setting available for ur handset.

can any one help me regarding this issue or shell i go to consumer court.
