Did not get balance

Hi,

I am Shikha Gupta from Bangalore, Karnataka. My BSNL number is 9483102832. I recharged my number with top up of Rs. 65 on 26th Dec. I did that recharge through axis bank net banking. But I did not get the balance in my account. I want my balance in my account.
