Payment Bills not sent on time

Dear Sir/Madam,

Every since I have taken BSNL connection, I have not received a single bill till date. BSNL disconnects the landline connection with no fault of mine. they don't have a dedicated customer care number to take care of issues. Even after repeated reassurances from the Nodal Officer, I am yet to receive my first payment bill!!
