Transfer of telephone not happened in 3 months

Hi

I had applied for transfer of telephone number 25315126 on April 18 and received a WO number 18103109. It has been 3 months and the line is not shifted. I have contacted the kothanur exchange on several occasions and they just keep asking me to call different numbers. I have decided to write this complaint as I see no progress on this.

Please see that this problem is resolved at the earliest
