I am BSNL customer since 2006. Now in my locality, the signal strength is not well and it interrupts the conversation very much. I have been frustrated.
I requested for number portability from BSNL to IDEA. In this process I received the unique verification code. I have submitted the application form and the porting form in IDEA office and got the new SIM card. But the service from BSNL is not being deactivated. I have contacted the local office of BSNL,
but although the problem is not being solved.
I request for solution of my complaint. Additional information is given below.
