We have to bring into your kind notice that your department is unnecessarily and without our consent are making wrong deductions from our many BSNL prepaid mobile charges various time. These are said to be on account of cricket alert, song charges etc. While we have never did any click over our mobile or consented for any of the message received from your department for such activation.
We have various times made complaints over No. 1503 and even to their seniors also but they have not attended seriously. Please therefore refund our these wrong debited charges immediately under advise to us, else we shall have to go for legal action.
