Unsolicated call and illegal balance deduction

Last 5 months my balance deducted @rs10/ every week from bsnl operator. i have complaint bsnl several times over phone and csc at berhampore. but my deduction not stopped. take n/a to return my moneyabout it then i shall be great full to you.
