My phone 02522-221045 is dead since 29th July, complaint booked on 30th July thru 198 service. Complained on phone no.02522262355 of BSNL office on 31st July. SMS send to 09423987222 on 09423890211. It happens every month or two and will remain dead for 10-15days.
