My Bsnl prepaid connection calls barred unofficially

Hi

This is Sanjeev mathur from bhiwani disst. haryana my BSNL Number is 09467716442. I am using this connection in chandigarh. I am useing bsnl pre-paid connection last 1 years now i faceing many problems starts from 5 oct. 2010 my incomming and out going calls are barred unofficially by customer care executive (Mr vinod Sineor customer care executive) I have to call in bsnl customer care many times but their software are always hang and down.

I have recharge 110 rs before one month then i got one years validity

then 6 oct my all calls barred unofficially

then i recharge again 74 rs easy recharge this recharge is for 365 days validity but again

i got only 5 hour validity than my no is gain and agained my alllllllll call s are barred

Now Still

I am waiting for a hopefull responce from BSNL Prepaid customer care.
