That I Sri Subash chandra Nayak, Laxmisagar Colony purchased a 3G Data card @ Rs.- from G, M T, D, Bhubaneswar on dt, 03.01.2011 . As the data card did not work in my hcl computer ie it did not show any signal, I wanted the help of the staff at your customer care but nobody helped me . so I request higher authorities of BSNL to help me to exchange for a better one.
