False billing

Sir, my land line telephone no 0674-2585787 has been dead since february. The cable has been cut-off and stolen. no restoration was made since then. But arbitrary billing extent up to 5000.00 is sent to my address . inspite of complaints to room no-01 of GMTD no action has been taken. I request the concerned authority to make an enquiry and settle correct dues with me as on february instead of sending false and excessive bills.
