I received a message on 3 february from bsnl BP-LATEST regarding caller tone.and it made activated without pressing select.42 rupees was deducted for it.i made deactivate same day& made complaint on1503 for it.they did not send any complain no.after calling many times to cus. Care i got a message from 52765 on 25feb that my complaint no. B24RJ708940 has been closed and resolution status is informed to BTS wing.no contact was made.today on 18 march i talked to senior supervisor shayam he said that it was activated on request by pressing star.how can i prove i have not any proof.i am user of bsnl from last six years.
