Non availability of newly launched broadband schemes in Trichy

Newly launched schemes by BSNL - advertised in their website BB Home Combo ULF 900 * BB Home Combo ULF 1000 * all are not available as per GM Bsnl office Trichy - Reason the newly supplied HCL PC's which the employees are not accustomed to, unable to feed and second reason -Some wrong instruction by the employees at the customer service centre blatantly arguing that these schemes are not for Trichy. BSNL please show your website to your GM BSNL office Trichy employees.
