Right now my telephone is dead i.e. no dial tone.
It started complaint that broadband is down. I booked the complaint. After a long wait I could meet Mr. Krishna and told about the problem and he told that go home it will be resolved out. Nothing happened. I visited again after a week to Mr. Krishna and he told that they have changed the port, it should work. Nothing happened again and since then my phone is dead.
I have not used the phone since October 16 and paying the bill. Is there any responsible employed in BSNL to address this?
