Cant make emailing

I cannot compose and send mails using my dataone.in broadband. Sent complaints to Public grievance office and Head of BSNL Bangalore Telecom. Nothing is moving. I had given my mobile no. No feedback

I was an officer in BGTD. I pity the public.
