Almost 15 days passed, no action from you. My broad band tel No:080-26725551 which was transferred from the bangalore north.i, e Malleswaram with great difficulty by paying all kinds of tariff. Now this wrong billing made me so frustration and exposed the communication gaps in BSNL. I shoul have got the bill for amount Rs.660/- instead got Rs.3870/-.
kindly enquiry may please be conducted to see that where this kind of communication gaps occuring and accordingly take stern actions against the irresponsible staff who blindly make this kind of billing.
