Broadband connection is not working from last 2 to 3 months

Respected Sir/Madam,

Subject: Broadband connection is not working from last 2 to 3 months

I am having landline telephone (No: (079) 27663770) and have also availed broadband facility under the plan Home 250 (1 GB free usage for a month). I have paid broadband charges in advance for 1 year but from last 2 to 3 month my broadband connection is not working properly and in the month of December it’s stopped working totally. I am not able to browse any of internet sites. There are many complaints from my side but my problem was not resolved at all.

Hence, I wish to reclaim the rentals for the month of December as broadband was not functional at all.

For your reference, I am providing some of the complaint numbers as below:
