Dear sir

I am from karur having board band connection in bsnl. I booked on 20th feb. i received the connection on 25th march. after so many phone calls i did. then they given connection.

It is home plan monthly rental rs. 750/- for 256mbps. i have purchased modem in BSNL for Rs. - (wire less) but i receiving 100.0mbps. Not only in peak hours round the clock.

kindly give us good service. otherwise please don't SMS us about BB or LL for new connections. it is waste of our money & time.

BSNL customer service is very worst.
