Bad services and cheating in terms of giving committment for 24X7 support

This is rediculous that BSNL internet broadband, one of the worst service provider committing to give 24X7 support where as contacting the customer service number nobody is picking up the call... I internet link is down and today is saturday and nobody is contacting from BSNL i need to wait till monday to solve this issue... This is purely nonsence to take BSNL internet connection...
