BSNL Broadband
Broadband not working for a month

I am using BSNL Telephone connection and broadband connection. The broadband and telephone connection is not working for more than one month Though several complaints has been give to Coimabtroe customer care 1500 and also to the Exchange directly no action has been taken till date. Every month the telephone bill is sent correctly and we do pay the same withing due date. First of all the customer care is not providing any complaint number. Next none of the officials in exchange behave properly with customers. In abroad countries the bill will be generated only for the good service provided and in any case there is some service disruption the monthly rent amount will be deducted accordingly.. This is not happening in India.. Then Compensation has to be provided if i go legally.
