Broadband connection not working for past 3 months

My broadband connection is not working for past 3 months, Me and my dad regulary went to complaint to office, and register the phone complaints . but with rectifing the problem, they simply close issue as completed. But actual problem is not correct, I am really very fed up the Service they provide
