WRONG INFORMATATION AND EXCESS BILLING

Dear Sir I Mr, Fazal Khan Bearing Telephone Number 0671-2803355, last 10 years old Customer in BSNL, i want broadband connection, i am contact local telephone office (Niali office) and i am agree the plan of 500 (Un Limited Use) Telephone Bill is 60 that means 560.00/per month, but after one month i receive a bill, the bill amount is 1861.47, Bill No is 77376867, Bill Date 06/02, then i am contact local BSNL officer Mr. Sahoo Babu he say i am send Unlimited plan file, and he say to me contact to SDO No 9437055055, i am contact this number and SDO Say i report to you after enquary after some day i contact SDO but he do not receive my call then I contact BSNL Complain No 1500 and 198 BSNL Customer complaint Service and Service Executive response my call and say to me i do not generate complain number on Billing matter, please help me
