Excessive bill seeking adjustment

I got BB connection under the 625C Plan (unlimited with concession for Government employee without any initial deposit) in the above address. While I opted for the connection, I was asked to pay Rs.1125 as initial payment, but as per my plan there is no installation charge.

Also I opted for my own MOCEM and phone instrument as. But in the first month bill, the bill amount is given as Rs.2019 9monthly charge Rs397/-, usage charge Rs259/- and onetime charge rs1675/- are added together and I am asked to pay Rs.895/- which I have paid.

Hence I seek adjustment in both the payment with the forthcoming bills. I am in the plan which is having a monthly flat charge of Rs.625 taxes - 20 % (as concession) and refund me the excess I have paid. Again, up to 31-4, the tax rate is 10% only and not 12% as it is charged in the bill.
