Not giving 20% rebate on usage and rental

I have given an application for giving me 20 % rebate on broadband usages and rental for government employee through NRL township exchange SDE BSNL. i have enclosed sufficient proof of being an government employee. I have enquired many times from exchange, but no satisfactory answer given by them. i want to tell u that i have given an application before almost 4 months ago.
