I have land line connection 0512-2570792 having combo plan for broad band from kalyanpur exchange is remain dead for last 30 days. I have complain to them (Kalyanpur exchange) on 30-6-11 vide complain no 43.But till date they have not repaired this even after repeated reminder. they are telling it will never get rectified so i must change to new mode like WLL or go to other service provider.
Kindly ask them how much time they need to rectify fault. and what about the bill for this period. Are BSNL is planning to pay for my losses due to my depandency on them
