Slow and error message 64

Sir,

I have broadband connection at my residence 72, Rd 8, Banjara, Hills, Hyderabad-500034.to my LL 23351914. The opening of the sites is very slow and usually ending with error-64 message. Please arrange to rectify the same immediately
