Broadband service disconnected for 2 months

Dear Sir,

Please refer to the complaint No. 14348 made one month ago. My house comes under Ganapaty Exchange, Gandhimanagar area, Coimbatore-6 and my telephone No. is 0422-2511910. Despite repeated calls and enquiries, bsnl not attended the complaint for the last two months and I am paying broad band charges through ph. bill without restoring broad band connection. Please advise the BSNL, Coimbatore to attend to the complaint and restore Broadband connection immediately. Please also ask them to refund the Broadband rentals collected through phone bill. Thanking You.
