I have Bsnl wirless telephone no 20030519, since last six months not working

unit deposit to office Divisional Manager Golcounda Hyderaba AP at JTO

Mr, Shanker Rao office till today not solve my problem.

My kind request to you please solve my problem as soon as possobile.
