Sir,

We have registered complaint of our Residence Phone No. 27757395 (Y.Jayalakshmi), R.R.Nagar, Old Bowenpally., Secunderabad - Complaint No. DOC.No.11109984152 dt 15.12.09, We regret to inform u that No person have attended the Complaint and resolved the problem, very frequently we been following through phone reg.complaint, but so far the complaint is not yet recitified, but yesterday when we called to customer care they informed that the complaint is closed as the problem is solved. We are really wonder how come it is closed when the complaint is not attended by anyone from BSNL.

This is been happneing very frequently. We been calling to BSNL no proper response from your end. As soon as this mail is reached to u, and if the problem is not rectified as early as possible, it is better to close the connection of BSNL and we go for other connections, where do we have good service. Phone will not work for half of the month but Bill charges are supposed to pay for monthly bill. We are not at all satisfied with this connection. As per your action to this reaction further connections of BSNL will be continued. Or else treat this letter that we will disconnect BSNL connection. This is for your further information.
