I am Sashikanth Subrahmanya Meduri, one of your BSNL customers.
My landline has not been working for a long time. Same is the case even with the broadband connection.
I have already lodged two complaints but no action was taken. And the problem is in tact.
Complaint no.11159495180 - This complaint was lodged on 29th December. And the complaint has been closed with out taking any action.
Complaint no. 11321926590 - The second complaint was lodged on 4th December, and no action is taken yet.
I also want to bring to your notice, that after making umpteen calls to the BSNL cutomer care, regarding the the preclosure of the complain no. 1 above. The customer
care people have asked me to call 040-27635323 (this number is always busy - I tried for 2hours continuously).
After reporting this to the customer care they have given me another no.040-27675551 (make a call to this number you will find that the number is not in use)
This is the feedback given by the customer care people.
You also need to understand that i have ample options other then BSNL and can easily get away with them. But as a NODAL OFFICER I want you to notice the pains of a customer
after taking a BSNL connection
Lastly, when you people perform your duties by disconnecting the telephone for having a due of Re.1/-, THEN WHAT IS STOPPING YOU FOR NOT GIVING A GOOD "CUSTOMER SERVICE"
Hope as a NODAL OFFICER you atleast take some action regarding this.
