Mis guidance leads to Losses

I have BSNL Pre Paid connection in Saral Anath Plan, My card was expired on 14-11 and there after i received message from BSNL that my plan was Migrated to SaralAnanth GP, Later when i called to BSNL Customer Care regarding this, They gave information that Your balance became Zero now, and if you want to get validity and balance, you have to recharge with Rs.225/- (Topup Coupon).

Later i done Easy Recharge from vendor to get balance and validity, but i will not got balance as well as validity, confirming to customer care they told that instead of Easy Recharge, Go for Physical Coupon and recharge, then on 7-1 i purchased Rs.225/- Cupon and scratched and try to recharge, But got message Recharge not Successes then i called to customer care they told that after 2 hours it will be resolved, later in the night i called once again they told they on the issue, once again they send request and it will be resolved. and as and when i call i have tell every thing same to every one... reputedly, on 13th January I asked to register my compliant and gave me the number then they registered the complaint and give the number: AP1301104649.

SINCE FROM THEN I CALL REGULARLY THERE REPLY IS SIR IT WILL BE REOLSVED OR ALREADY RESOLVED or TRY AFTER 2 HOURS OR AUTOMATICALY YOU WILL GET BALANCE AND VALIDITY TRY AFTER 2 HOURS AND SWITCH OFF YOUR MOIBLE FOR 2 MINUTES AND SWITCH ON Etc….. Etc, But till date i am not got balance.

After complain Face to Face to BSNL person, He gave me my area J.E number and name (Mr. Madhavrao J.E, Charminar Section) on 18-1 i gone to office by 10:30 he was not came and by 11:30 he came and told we cannot do any thing as Customer Care is at Banagalore, If you want to complaint go to secunderbad (12 Kms from Charminar) and gave, As your account is Expired, you have to purchase First Rs.221/- Recharge Coupon then you will get this voucher (RS.225/- which i already purchased) value, I asked Sir, When i called to customer care then why not they given same information, ...? When i am purchasing Rs.225/- (Topup) instead i can purchase your Rs.221/- (Recharge Cupon), Now i am already invested Rs.225/- now once again i have purchase one more Card Rs.221/- in the mean time i lost my Export Contract due my number outgoing was blocked and Importer whose machine (Telephone) accepts only my BSNL number which is registered with them, Due to This I am suffred around Rs.5, 00, 000/-..? who will be responsible for this... He Replyed i noting to do with this, Go Complaint if you have any physical evidence to Consumer court...? Sir, I have Call Recorded with customer Care and complaint number) I want my losses should be compensated by BSNL
