Dear Sir,

I got concession BSNL broadband with effect from September but i gave letter

in Bsnl office only from September. after i asked to bsnl manager (Ramanathapuram). we

cannot change the above said problem because of password. He told me to go meet JE and tell

the problem. i have to tell you before i discovered the sep'2011more than 3 days from bsnl side.

till they Bsnl people rotating me, no one take responsibility from them side.kindly tell the solution
