I HAD DONE A ONLINE RECHARGE FOR 220 Rs ON 3.2.2010

THE RECHARGE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED IN FEW SECONDS.

BUT AMOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED TO MY BALANCE TALK TIME.

ITS 3 DAYS NOW

AND ALSO LODGED A COMPLAINT AT BSNL CUSTOMER CARE.

BUT BSNL IS STILL SEEMS ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGIENT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.
