I wanted to regiter my complaint at bsnl customer care centre at thevar hall at tiruchirappalli 620008. to day at 18.00hrs the incharge and the other stff were indifferent and they failed to lodge my complaint my mobile pre paid 9443114247 is not able to send sms messages i want new setting to be sent to my mobile sony erricson700i model.
