STOP AUTO RENEWAL STOCK UPDATATION SMS FROM 54000

I am trying to stop auto renewal every month with charges Rs, 10/- and receiving sms reg, stock updation from 54000 and have lodged complains with BSNL custermar care thrice for one month docket nos. 4016153, 5047187 dt.24/1/10 and 5181659 dt. 23/2/10. Till now no positive outcome and misguided me.

I request to STOP this SMS from 54000 immediately.
