I have BSNL Prepaid connection 919448254547. I am getting some questions from this number and being asked to answer them.
When I called up customer care first time he asked me to send a message (UNSUB NN15) to 53030. I sent the same and for this message they deducted 2 Rs. But i got a return message that the key is wrong.
I called the customer care again and this time he asked me to send another message (UNSUB FILMY) to 53030. I sent it and again they deducted Rs 2 from my account. After that I got a reply that your request could not be processed at the movement please try later.
above calls to customer care and the messages were sent on 24/02.
I am not sure how to get rid of this message.
