This is a tragedy on BSNL part that even being one of the oldest telecommunication service proveder, they have not been able to provide right service yet. I have been contacting to the customer care since last 3 hrs and now when i finally got connected to the customer care executive they are not listenening to the problem properly and are disconnecting the phone.
I just wanna ask the higher authorities that is all our time value less? Or we customer are a fool who have trusted to be the consumer of BSNL services.
There is no propr network at time and even they deduct balance without reason...
Can i have a solution please.
