BSNL
No new schemes in student plan

Im a student doing B.Tech. student plan was launched few months back by BSNL in which msgz were totally free. Now due to some amendment they have started charging 10 paisa/msg. They are neither launching new schemes nor giving any facility to overcome this problem. Especialy in student plan, no remedy given..This is the complaint on the behalf of all victims (students).. plz help us in any way..
