Dear Sir,
I have BSNL telephone and broadband connection at home. This service is dead last 12 days and immediately I raised complain one through automatic complain Chanel 033-25522198 and another to local BSNL office. In both cases I have received complain number w-1689 and w-9891 respectively. Unfortunately no one has visited my place yet to fix this issue. I use broadband for some urgent work.
Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.
