Respected sir,
I want to inform you about negligence of bsnl officers who are not at all willing to help the customers. My landline phone 2369129 which is dead since 16th april is still in the same condition inspite of having registered a complaint on 17th april. the complaint no. is 351434.
Today its 20th april, still when i call them they it would take another 1-2 days. I am having a lot of problems. Its a rule that if the landline is dead for more than 3 days, refund is given.
So i request you to start my phone and also give me my refund.
