Non-functioning of telephone (land)

One WLL telephone with No. 0479-2165241 has been installed at my residence. The telephone set is apparently a old and repaired equipment. The connection gives lot of trouble. Ofter the caller gets a recorded message like subscriber switched off, out of range, line busy etc. whereas it is not the fact. In spite of several complaints. the fault is not attended. Perhaps the 50% problem can be solved if the set is replaced. I prefer a lined connection as WLL is proved to be inefficient
