I am jenit job working for NATO Forces in Afghanistan. I am currently employed with US ARMY in their OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. my only means of communication to my home in india is through internet. for the same purpose i had a BSNL Broadband Connection set up in my home from April. i already paid the charges for the internet wireless modem. from february the modem started showing some troubles and my family had taken the modem to the nearest BSNL Exchange [Peravoor, Kannur] for replacement. but they did some repairs and gave it back to us. they did the same thing for the last 5 times in two months. [march, April] they just keep offering to replace the modem since it had not completed the one year guarantee period. they made my family members walk to and froth telling they had no stock currently but the last time when my mother went to the BSNL Office they asked for 2000 Rupees for replace the modem. she replied that they had already offered to replace the modem without any charges. one guy named PRAMOD who is a BSNL Employee in Peravoor exchange behaved so badly hurting her feelings. so kindly look through this issue at your earliest to resolve this issue before we would go through further proceedings.
