WHY BSNL IS HAVING SUCH TYPE OF REPRESENTATIVE IN CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. THEY ALWAYS PUT IN HOLD SAYING ALL EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY. WHY NOT THEY CONTACT TO CUSTOMER ON BACK, AS PER BSNL POLICY.
