Unable to view Broadband Usage

Eversince the new CDR system was introduced by BSNL I face difficulties in checking my broadband usage details. It was so easy previously! But now I can't. Why can't these BSNL people make it simplified and consumer friendly? When they update a system they should help the customers to manage essential use. But nobody responds and cares!
