Phone dead & company does not provide service

My Landline phone number (079) 22801961 is dead from 19th may. I have complained BSNL telephone echange, naroda (079-22803000) on 29th may and they do nothing on my complaint, i have complaint again to them and they solved my complain on 9th june. It does not serve well and again it fails on next day. I have taken patience and again complaint them on 16th june and ask them to resolve the complain and they assured me to do that on the same day but they didn't. I called again next day twice in morning and noon and also in evening but they do nothing yet and i also called them today. They talk very rudely everytime and cut calls very rudely and speedily without giving any conformation or satisfactory answer. They behaves and talk very rudely. They further gave me number of Mr. Suresh/Surendra Sharma (079-22813300) and tried to call him from last three days but he is not picking up call any time!! I have tried so so so many times but i failed.. He did nothing for me and now they will charge for their amazing service as a bill and I HAVE TO PAY that...
