Not Deactivating a service

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have a mobile no (9463029758) from bsnl and facing some issue related to deactivating a service from a service provider whose number 529064001. A week ago, this service provider was charging Re 1 after 2-3 days. But now it has started charging Re. 1 per day.

I have made a complaint to the BSNL Customer Care Support whose complaint no is F251642216 on 25 June about this issue. Next day i again asked them why the service is not deactivated and their answer was that it takes 24 hrs to deactivating. Again on same day i called them and told them that 24 hr has been completed but service is not deactivated yet then their answer was that we will do it. Yesterday (28 June) i again called them and asked them to deactivate this service else i will stop using your service and the answer of the customer care executive was that we will definitely do it at the end of the day. But Today, still i am getting messages from 529064001 no that Re.1 has been deducted from your account. I don't know what to do. These fraud people are looting us. May be some customer care representatives have commission in doing such thing and not deactivating the services. Please help me because no body listening to my query.
