Espected sir/madam
I am a customer of the bsnl landline and broadband home 500 plan. My land phone and broadband is not working properly since the last 3 months. My no is 04742471192. I have complained via 198 several times and there is no response. Now my phone is completely dead for about one month and still no response. I have personally told the officer of our exchange and then I have complained to the district office. They phoned the exchange and told them to solve the problem still they did not do any thing. What shall I do now? Why should I pay for the service that i cannot use.
