Dear Sir,
I am Sameer Bhalekar having a BSNL land-line (No.2289253) the service line of which is been severed since last month, i have tried an electronic complaint system but the system keep flashing me a message about a complaint that i have been registered ages ago, So i approach the Khamla exchange and register a complaint with Technical Section but till today nobody from BSNL attends the complaint. I would like BSNL to overhaul the electronic complaint booking mechanism or there should be a alternative system and furthermore i would like to have my complaint resolved at the earliest.
