My BSNL Prepaid mobile number is 919493403051. I am being charged Rs.19 on 5th of every month for mobile radio service, never subscribed by me. Every month I am getting message from 12630019 that my accoubnt is renewed. I have taken the help of customer service on mobile several times and I am given different procedure everytime for deactivation but none works. Please help me.
